Need a fun and creative way for groups of 5 or more to celebrate birthdays, weddings and office events. Look no further we love to entertain! We would love to entertain your guests in a private party held at our location after hours. This is a great way to plan an exclusive celebration for birthdays, weddings, office events and fundraisers. Get together and let us do the planning.

When Booking a Party

• For a private party all guest come together and the host can bring drinks, food, music, gifts and decorations*. There is an additional location rental fee of $50.00 an hour during store hours or $75.00 after hours. Our nail bar is small and intimate venue so we can accommodate a maximum of three food plates.
  

What to expect ...

• So that our operators provide your guests with the best service we require all the names of your guest and their choice of services. We need this information at least one week prior to the event. We can service up to 4 pedi's in one room at 2 pedi's at a time. If there are more that 6 guests receiving pedi's they will be scheduled after the first group. We can only guarantee services for scheduled guests.
  
  
• We require a valid credit card to hold appointments as we have 5 day cancellation time for party booking. If appointments are cancel less than 5 days prior to the party date the host will be responsible to pay the full amount due for services, rental fees, and gratuity.
  
  
• We can accept one form of payment for all services or charge each guest individually. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cash as forms of payment. For all parties we add a 20% gratuity for all services. We kindly ask the host to let us know who will be responsible for paying for the services and gratuities.
  

What to bring

• Cameras — Any event at Aqua is a special time bring cameras so you do not forget your special event.
  
  
• Champagne — or apple cider for the little ones; If you are going to bring champagne, just let us know so we can provide you with an ice bucket, but you will have to provide the glasses.
  
  
• Music — If you are booking a private party and you want to listen to something specific, bring in your own CD's or your MP3 player. We will be happy to play them during your event.
  
  
• Snacks — If you are booking a private party and you want to bring in snacks please limit them to items that do not have strong aromas. Also if you do bring snacks do not forget to bring forks, spoons, plates, etc.
